Our Story

2017
The Beginning
Hello I am Ecem. I was a student and curious about working online. I discovered Amazon and started doing online arbitrage. I was earning some money, but not enough to survive. After a while, I discovered Private Label and started to build my own brand.

COVID19
Live Workshops
With COVID, everybody became interested in what I was doing for two years. Everyone was asking how to do it, so I created live online lessons called “How to Manage a Business on Amazon.” 70+ people joined in my online lessons.

2022
Business Set-Up
After giving these live lessons, manufacturer companies started to contact me for online consulting. Based on this consultancy, I changed my sole proprietorship into an LLC structure.
📍 14 July 2022 – I established BTOCMASTER Ltd. in İstanbul.
📍 20 January 2023 – I established BTOC LLC in New Jersey.

2023
Being a Consultant
The consulting business started to grow through references. I was managing my own brand on Amazon with a small budget in 2017, but by the end of 2023, as BTOC, we had consulted for, managed, and established over 55 manufacturer company accounts on Amazon.

2024
Ultimate Point
Between our consulting experience and Amazon operations, by Dec 2024, we reached one of our main goals with an Australian company selling chef knives. We partnered with N. Agency for client management operations and achieved a market volume of $350,000 on Amazon within 4 months, using an advertising budget of $75,000.

2025
What we do Best.
In 2025, I realized that we are not only good at managing e-commerce accounts, but also at building businesses in the digital world. Launching a brand on a platform means creating a completely new business that has never existed before — and we discovered that building businesses is exactly what we do best.

2026
The BtoC
In 2026, we aim to become both an agency and a community that creates brands for our community members in e-commerce. The main idea is simple — we know we are strong on Amazon, and we are skilled at building a business from company setup to sales. So, why not build 50 brands from zero to success, entirely by ourselves?
